I spent Saturday at the Pulborough Brooks RSPB Nature Reserve in West Sussex. Even though the weather wasn’t great, it was wonderful to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle of London and just walk and observe the natural world unfurling around me. Deep connection often comes from the simplest of activities.
